I dont have a cat and all the fish I own is canned.
What should I do? Getting a cat is not an option as I have birds and im very allergic to cats

honestly it depends.
there are places where domestic birds roam like stray cats do. lack of predators, so they're free to take control of the food chain. like capybaras.

They are budgies, in the UK. They would die. We have feral ringneck parakeets but budgies cannot survive here as they are grass eaters not berry eaters and are too small to not just freeze in the winter, also they are food sized for shit like crows.
