You'd need complete sensorial deprivation from external stimuli (sound proof, light proof and temperature proof room) and replace the suppressed sensorial inputs with completely alien sensorial inputs (maybe with VR or just hiking way from civilization and niggers)

VPN providera make their IPs public so sites and services can choose to block them or ignore location data from them (among other things)
You need to set up a VPS and create your own proxy not buy a consumer VPN subscription.
