well there's a bunch of different types of "regular coffee"
different beans and different ways to prepare it
nothing wrong with instant though
Anonymous (ID: dyG2z9KO) United States No.23557933 [Report] >>23557946
is there a brand of instant you like?
i think i've only tried nescafe

they all taste almost the same to me probably because i dont measure out how much i put in or even how much water i add its different every time so i just buy the cheapest one in biggest bulk which is usually this

ah ye
those would tend to be burnt/sour sloppa, id imagine
if you have a fridge you can make your own cold brew in batches, takes like 15 minutes for 10 cups
cold brew tends to have a much less harsh/bitter flavor

Instant coffee with half and half is really good.
I usually drink half brewed coffee, half cappuccino machine from the gas station.
Moka pots are where it's at if you have the patience and dedication to really brew coffee.

I like regular coffee more than instant but since the price is so high I've been drinking a lot of ALDI brand instant coffa808jee lately.

I like caffeine and coffee both. Not very picky about it either.
A well made cappuccino is fine, but so is a vending machine's plain black. Or even a pill if I need the utility more than the flavor.

i don't think i've ever seen coffee in a vending machine
>Or even a pill if I need the utility more than the flavor.
i used to take too many of htose lol
you can get a pill cutter & divide the 200mg ones into halves or quarters, to make them more similar in dosage to a regular cup of coffee

100mg will be a bit stronger than most generic normie coffee (1 cup), and 50mg will be weaker

Yeah, my bottle of 200mg says "about 2 cups of coffee" on the back, but these feel pretty strong without my tolerance built up. Should have went with the 100s. I use these when I really need to lock in and finish some work task.

Coffee as a drink is nice on its own without caffeine imo, but I like bitter things.

i saw those too about caffeine pills and i always attributed it to a cup of coffee being consumed over a length of time so the caffeine is being consumed gradually but a caffeine pill is like a shotgun blast of caffeine all at once however i am not a medical professional so i dont know about any accuracy to that thought

I'm no doctor but I think you're right.
In my experience, taking the pills are very comparable to chugging a cup of coffee or a shot of espresso.
But agitates my stomach slightly less on average.
Definitely not the same as casually sipping it.

it is definitely like that
taking 50mg doses spread out over a time period should be manageable, even if you're sensitive

yeah 200mg is more like 3-4 cups lol, that labeling always bothered me a bit
probably a good use for them
>Coffee as a drink is nice on its own without caffeine imo, but I like bitter things.
very true
i saw a study showing a bell curve between lifespan and cups of coffee per day
people who drink 4 cups per day live a few years longer on average than those who consume none, any more or less lowers lifespan
but who knows how strong those were, etc. i wish i could remember more details :/

coffee is probably preferable to pure caffeine since you get more health benefits, and it just feels better with less of a crash to me, but pretty similar

didn't think of that but makes sense, that could be another reason to use pills instead

Black coffee (either instant or bean) and a cup of fresh orange juice is peak indulgence. Swapping between the bitter coffee and the sweet orange juice is otherworldly.

the pills are also dirt cheap at least in my country it is like 10 dollars of 100 of them which is like 10 cents per coffee equivalent of caffeine pretty good deal in my opinion
