Its a meme token its usually the devs responsibility to market. It has no functionality. The dev has no other job at this point once launched. Lol All he did was click like 5 buttons and make the image for the token. It took him probably 10 minutes tops. As the OP image explained it often requires accounts and smart contract ownership the dev is in control of.

The dev is probably soft rugging. Cashed out an easy 20-50x or whatever and now no longer cares.

Getting a meme token to run long term in waves requires either some sketchy behavior on the devs end or an incredibly well thought out and execute marketing road map.

If you avoid the sketchy behavior then you also need a lot of luck or an early community that buys and holds long enough for the token to reach terminal velocity so to speak so it can really run.
