Nothing really unless you bought a stash before listing you could sell the top the same hour the coin is listed, otherwise grow a pair and take a risk if you want but don't cry if you get assblasted later. Most of them dump like 90% in three weeks anyway and then comes another seasonal coin and it's forgotten into oblivion. buy BTC instead

go to etherscan and enter the token's contract address, then go to holders, then go through several pages until you find the doxxed wallet (plus remember the bit i said about the interaction and the other version that wont be listed)

ez etherscan tells you when its a known wallet
like pircel it says "binance deposit: 0x" and also puts the binance logo infront of the wallet (hover your mouse over it and it says binance)
no idea when it'll be announced though. i spotted the same activity with Kucoin and the other zues coin and it was around this many days after kucoin announced a listing, so worth a bet
