I'm honestly tired. I've been watching charts for years, I understand the basics, market structure, trendlines, time-frames, orderblocks, fvgs, risk management BLA BLA fucking bla buy the bottom sell the top.

Yet every fucking trade I take mostly ends in a retrace. I am tired brothers. Any advice? Maybe I should lock myself to the H4 at a minimum.
