How is it possible that everything is priced in? I have never seen a REAL market crash as a 30yo boomer

The economy has changed over 100 years to prevent this chuddie. The only reason why it was possible in the 30s is due to an asset backed economy like gold. When the debt ceiling gets removed under Trump and factors like federal printing and QE means that there won't ever be a severe crash again.

Now that's even before considering that Blockchain technology is officially another part of the economy now of their own entity. We literally invented a new economic sector to absorb the incoming printing happening just so that it doesn't feel like hyperinflation is happening right now, but it clearly is.

The market crashed for a year 2 years ago.

Everything is… by definition… priced in… at all times. The strong form theory of market efficiency is correct and it is therefore impossible to achieve market beating returns from a risk adjusted standpoint without access to privileged information. Thank you for your attention to this matter, please invest in an index fund and discontinue your inquiries.

He was also apparently asleep in 2000 and 2008. Or he doesn't consider an 80% drop in the NASDAQ to be a "real crash".

There's this guy at KET
After hitting \$0.38 and nuking back to \$0.15, community rioting
Dev drops airdrop
It’s not tokens
It’s a single JPEG that says you’ll understand later
Community holds
KET rallies again
The JPEG is now an unofficial mascot
We print it on t-shirts
Dev never explains
He just types gm

OP would've been 5 years old in 2000 and probably doesn't remember anything from the tech bust

I'm three years older than OP and I also don't remember the 2000 recession

We had a shadow crash of the economy. Everything is at least 2x worse than it was 7 years ago and what’s worse is most people are unaware of how much their quality of life has dropped because the stupid numbers in the chart are still high

im 35 and i was a kid fapping to jenna jameson and krystal stealth vids from kazaa and playing duke maps, good ol times, i had no idea about stock market

i have been bagholding a lot of cash waiting for muh crash. anything that looks like an opportunity is just an v-shape recovery, so i think oh finally the dotcom or 2008 type crash, and the nit just recovers and we bagholders of cash continue to baghold cash

you've got much bigger balls than me; I hold as little cash as possible because I don't want to miss out on gains or dividends, and I don't want my wealth to shrink from inflation.

I get my excitement from investing in a bunch of different companies instead of index funds. So far I've slightly outperformed the S&P 500 over the last eight years. Separately, I also hold bitcoin.

Anyway if I had your big balls, I would wait for the S&P to drop 20% from its peak, then buy a triple-leveraged S&P fund like SPXL. Hold until the S&P hits a new peak. Then sell and repeat the process.
