Be careful because sometimes "cold-pressed" means the press is not actively heated but the friction creates enough heat to denature the oil.
Obviously further processing steps like deodorization, decolorization and hardening using chemicals and ultra high temperatures create a toxic end product.

The seed oils I consume are guaranteed organic and cold pressed. They use an actively cooled screw press to extract the oil.

Seed oils are largely made up of poly unsaturated fats, mostly omega 6, which are the amongst the worst kind for health, difficult for the body to process and therefore inflammation causing. They are fragile to temperature and so heat treatment during manufacturing or cooking causes oxidation, therefore generating free radicals that literally directly cause chronic diseases.
Ultra processed means that multiple unnatural industrial processes are used in production. Chemical solvents, usually hexane, are used to extract the oil from the seed pulp, that oil is then treated with acid and sodium hydroxide to bleach and deodorise it because the smell and flavours are disgusting.

Rapeseed oil was the first one, derived primarily as a machine lubricant became very popular in canada during and after ww2. After lengthy research about rapeseed oil it was banned until further refined into modern day canola oil.
