Whats the easiest way to borrow money? No memes like collateralize your testicles. And don't say use leverage on an exchange either.

Balance transfer offer on a credit card you have for 0% interest with a 3-4% fee. Do not fuck up and forget to pay it off 100% before the end of the promotional financing period

Ok before discouraging anyone from replying to the thread with serious answers. I've never actually understood what 0% balance transfer is. Like you don't have to pay interest on the old credit card or you're literally just transferring the balance but you don't have to pay interest on that? If so whats even the difference between that and a normal credit card purchase? Every card gives you a month to pay before charging interest.

Hang on so if I have this correct then the second explanation is true. So I guess the value of these cards is that the original card you were using has an absurd interest rate that you want to cancel and or you get a longer period of time for the 0% such as two years right? If thats the case (and from researching this a minute it seems you can keep zero interest just by paying the minimum payment) then can't you just keep transferring the balance to new cards, never pay any interest, and then just pay it all off potentially years later?
