Zoom-Zooms and Millennials with college degrees are facing a lot of competition from AI and H1Bs, while simultaneously demanding $35/hr - $60/hr jobs where they can work from home or sit in an air-conditioned office and only do 3 hours of actual work, so they can pay for their $2,000/mo rent in the city, or $3,000/mo home in the suburbs. Meanwhile they'll cry to you about how evil capitalism is, blame Boomers for everything and celebrate murderers, while also simultaneously driving around in a car/suv/truck that costs $600 - $800/mo. They'll also tell you they had no choice in any of this, somehow it's your fault and you need to pay off their $60k in student loan debt.
If you don't have a college degree (no student loan debt), don't drive a fancy car and rent a modest apartment in a more rural area, you can get a factory job and make enough to cover all of your bills and stack cash on the side. But, the people with degrees think they're too good to work in a factory, or work retail and share an apartment with 2 or 3 other people.
There's your job market.
