As someone who has a good amount of money saved up from living with my parents but having a good job otherwise, what's the right move for the days ahead? The American economy is going to change a lot, but my job isn't at risk, the only thing I'm concerned about is that if I put money into retirement funds they'll become worthless from a stock market crash, or if I keep money in the bank it'll become worthless from inflation.

Holding stocks in the wake of yield curve uninversion, collapsing house sales, and skyrocketing oil prices in the midst of sandbox boogaloo when the shit&piss is right near ATH is an extremely bold move

Diversify outside of US stocks, combine US Indexes with global indexes. Consider inflation protection for a part of your worth like bonds or precocious metals (Gold, etc). Keep enough for 6 months of expenses in a savings account for liquidity, or a year if you're worried about the immediate future. If you actually think crypto is going to be around long term at least consider how volatile it is, I wouldn't put more than 10% of my total portfolio in any crypto, and I wouldn't put it in anything but bitcoin and wouldn't touch any alt ever.
