Take this with a grain of salt because I have not achieved this, but I hope to. Get a job in an affluent area and just be present. That job will probably just be "the help," but it will place you in the right area. Then take up a hobby that also places you in that area. The rich town near me has beaches (surfing, free diving, etc) and trails for hiking.
