Every age the still more natural young people had to be reeducated into good work slaves for the governent. Then the government blames companies for taking 5% profit while having risks, despite the government literally taking 40% risk free even tho they can print money.

Non-white mass immigration, deracination, mechanical automation/technological innovation that's not-quite-there in terms of self sustainability but advanced enough to make men feel obsolete and useless - I could go on. You could write multiple books covering this topic.

>The Decay of our culture, these mounds of contamination of our whole cultural life, the decomposition of our literature, the poisoning of our theaters, of our movies, all the art is now falling for it. Millions of you do not participate anymore. It does not appeal to them anymore. This art was not born from our people. It is alien to us and will remain alien. It has nothing to do with the western character and did not come from our soul: It was imposed on us by our subversive press which has made it palatable. And parallel to this already the assault against the education of our children's brains, the tearing out of all the memories of our proud past, the insult to all our great men and people, the removal of its memory from the heart and the brain and out of our youth and with it a large defilement of our history. Nothing of what was once great, nothing of what helped create this great nation to make it strong was spared from these corroding and corrosive attacks. Everything is demolished starting from the symbols of the past, from the cockades and flags to the great men of our history.

This sort of messaging helps businesses negotiate for more immigration increasing the supply of inexpensive labor. That's all. That's why the talking point keeps getting repeated.

Yes, but they promised me eternal unemployment and pod prison, so I can't have kids, I'd have to sell them as lab rats for AI to build new better designer organisms, and I don't want that.

even the shittiest of wagie jobs has an absurd application process. re-enter your entire resume after HRIS system imports everything all fucked up, answer the race/disability/veteran status nonsense questions, answer the tax credit corporate gibs nonsense questions, do a wage questionnaire or online assessment or one-way hirevue video interview... then maybe do a phone screen... then maybe do an actual 1-5 round interview.... and complete with millions of, depending on the type of job, indians/spics/LLM AI systems.

and assuming you get the job, they almost always lie about pay, almost always lie about the job description, give you too many hours or not enough, the health insurance probably sucks and is more expensive than what you currently have, you start at the bottom rung with PTO days per year (need to work there 10 years before you get 15 days PTO), your manager is literally psychotic, etc.

it's an absurd beaucratic helltorture that not even kafka could have dreamed of.

also, as much as i hate the "victim blaming" meme, unemployment is literally victim blaming. mainstream unemployment statistics are pure fraud while real unemployment is closer to 24%. https://www.lisep.org/tru

you apply to a job you're qualified for and there's like a 5% chance you get a callback on an application, a 50% chance you move from callback/HR roastie phone screen to manager interview, and a 30% chance you go from manager interview to offer.

if you don't get a callback your resume is bad.
if you don't get a manager interview you're a creep.
if you don't get an offer you're bad at interviewing.
if you can't get a job it's YOU, YOU, YOU, YOU, YOU, YOU -- YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG!!!!!!

Most jobs don’t pay enough to become a full fledged adult (buy an house, start an family, etc) and those that do pay enough are extremely competitive to obtain, high stress, high barrier of entry, etc.

Plus even with a good job your pay will eventually stagnate and people are always yearning for growth. I have a good paying job but hit a wall around 250-300k/year which is a nice salary but not enough to live a rich persons lifestyle. The only way forward is to climb the ladder which has pretty bad ROI or find an alternate path to riches that doesn’t involve a 9-5.

If I climb the ladder, I could POTENTIALLY make 7 figures eventually but it’s going to be ridiculously hard and competitive to get all those promotions and you’ll always be a corporate bitch at the end of the day.

This is why I’m trying to start my own business because the upside is much bigger and I probably have a higher chance of succeeding vs attempting to get promoted that high in a globohomo company

It's both. Zoomers are too addled from phone induced dopamine addiction plus whatever their ludicrously irresponsible psychologist has prescribed them to be able to focus on a task for more than six seconds, or deal with a minor setback or inconvenience without melting down. Couple that with needing to make six figures if you want to live inside and it's understandable if they throw up their hands and say fuck it.

Boomers mostly broke their bodies or otherwise threw the prime years of their lives away for the careers, but at least in those days, even a modest income with a baseline level of financial competence would get you a house and two cars paid off before 40, retirement, savings, and money stowed away for your kids’ college. Today, you could be busting your ass and have basically nothing to show for it. Big business have managed to squeeze itself into every nook and cranny of society and siphon out every last dime into a big pile of 50% of the world’s total wealth, which will be consumed purely by a fraction of a fraction of a percent of the total world population. Meanwhile you and I can only accumulate wealth one of two ways
>risky venture where you put everything on the line and hit it big 10% of the time and strike out then file for bankruptcy 90% of the time
>safe venture where you make six figures but live like you’re on the brink of starvation. you’ll have a few million stowed away by the time you’re 65, at which point inflation will raped it anyway
It’s pretty bleak. I mean don’t get me wrong. I’m one the people grinding away at a 9-to-5 and smartly investing or saving 60% of my income, but it’s really, really not hard to understand why most people don’t want to do this just to be able to relax for a few years then die.

Working has always sucked and always will. Work beyond what is needed for survival is largely unnatural. We work to live, not live to work. If you want people to be motivated to work more, then you need to keep raising pay until motivation returns.

it feels like everyone is just slowly waiting for UBI to be rolled out. Sure AI won't take over every job but it will automate enough jobs for it to be an actual problem.

lol no
there are TONS of clowns who cannot be hired in real jobs, they are the ones who make up the "unemployment" stats, plus all the people laid off from overpaid jobs that won't take something under what they used to make

I work at FAGMAN and take home more than $6000 twice a month after automatically maxing out to my 401k and HSA. I’ve got a NW of 1.5M and it’ll be somewhere closer to 3-5M by the time I retire at 40.

What I’m saying here is that this level of wealth used to be achievable by normal people working normal jobs, not just autists like me who have been preparing for their career since they were 13.
