My last several gigs including this one I report directly to the CEO, so no upward mobility available, minimal wage increases.

I do wfh which is great, and I make roughly $200k which in this job market I'd probably have trouble finding elsewhere given I'm generally in operations & management and those jobs don't tend to hire higher up positions externally.

Honestly I fucking hate my "career" trajectory. If I was independently wealthy right now I'd probably just stop working for a while and figure out what my next move is, but I have often thought I'd go back to school and become a psychologist. I used to think I wanted to run my own business but I've seen too many business owners grind themselves to death, that's not really where I want to get stuck either.

My living expenses all in are roughly $150k/year (remember I have a family, also bought too much house which I will admit was a mistake).
