You don't. Get VC and use that to play with. Do not gamble with your retirement.

Look at another business that's successful and just do it somewhere else. Sell alcohol and you'll profit for every sale

A kneepad male servicing business could be very lucrative if you hire enough employees and work yourself as well.

Basic kneepads run $10, so you can get 100,000 pairs for 90,000 employees with 10,000 backup pairs when they wear down, and profit sharing will allow you to buy more mid range kneepads around $30 per pair, if you want to improve employee satisfaction and customer reviews.

Look into buying property and renting it out. If you have multiple properties, you can just have a housing manager do 90% of the work for you in exchange for reduced rent at one of your places. At that point you do nothing for as long as possible then sell the properties once expenses start to outweigh the revenue. I have an uncle who did this and never worked a day after 30 except chatting over the phone with his housing managers once every month or so.

this is so easy.

You split it up 4 ways.

25% SGOV for income
25% Gold/Silver/Real Estate anything tangible
25% tech stocks/bitcoin (NVDA)
25% start a business. hire people/buy inventory

SGOV and Gold/Real Estate protect you from any fuck ups.

tech stocks are your investment

business is your forever freedom

Buy a successful local business from some old guy and DO NOT FUCK WITH IT. The business is successful for a reason, do not change it because you think you can do it better; you probably can't and it isn't worth your time to try and squeeze out a few more bucks. It'll take a year or two to recoup your initial investment but after that it is all profit.
