Israel hasn't yet targeted Iran's oil export infrastructure and Iran hasn't yet targeted the juiciest targets in Israel such as semiconductor fabs. Iran just said they have not yet made a decision to exit the Non-Proliferation Treaty. Clearly, both sides are holding off maximum escalation, hence why markets aren't worried.
