Got an unfair performance improvement plan at work, burned my boss, what now?

Last week I got a performance improvement plan out of the blue. I felt it was due to inadequate training. Don’t want to dox myself but it is a relatively low paying but easy low stress position.

I filed a formal report after this requesting an investigation into unprofessional and inadequate training that detailed harassment, and inappropriate behavior.

I was called in for a formal interview, the very next day my manager was terminated and I was given a new trainer with a new training plan.

Anyways I want to keep this job I am a lifelong neet and this is the best job I’ve ever had.

But now I fear retaliation both in an outside of the workplace I mean this guy and I trained together everyday for months, not to mention I will be known as a snitch at work. HR and the head director seem to have my back but I’m just an autistic former lifelong neet trying to make an honest living and I hate having to deal with all this drama

Bumping this. Seems like you have supporters. Thought in general management would protect mgmt.

Well, first off I used chat gpt to make my emails that looked like they had been drafted up by the top national law firm, and for the incidents I reported there were other witnesses, so, he was dead to rights, and I had a physical harassment complaint too, against another senior employee that is still being investigated, and was recorded on camera

I really hate drama and retaliation more than anything I just wanna do my job, honestly after being a neet for so long this was like a miracle for me getting this, but it’s a dog eat dog world and I had to advocate for myself in this situation by raising serious concerns about my training
