When I forget to have coffee I can tough it out.
After 2 days it really calls you back, but if you cold turkey for 4 days, the 5th day you wont crave caffeine any more.
What always sets me off back into drinking coffee is craving the flavor of a specific bean or the warmth of the drink, its never the actual caffeine content.
I exponged sugar almost entirely from my diet and my only caffeine intake is from coffee.
I still don't think coffee is a bad thing for your health or your finances. It definitely helps you push your body harder physically and it might make you think sharper on your feet in high stress situations.
