I went from a job where I was treated like complete shit, couldn't get the tools to do my work, couldn't get a proper workspace, couldn't get assistance for doing work that requires 2 men, had to get into a verbal argument with HR to get overtime and underpaid... went from that to a job where I make 2.5x more that I did before, company pays for my housing and all utilities in a condo they also clean, gourmet lunches and the leadership value and treat me like a human being. Feels like I switched universes or something, this is so trippy.
