I hit that point a few years ago. I am in my mid 30's now. Everything is comfy and perfectly setup. All I have to do now is ride this out in comfort. Feels boring tho. All the dreams and aspirations are long gone. I believe I was more happy when I started working and made 1/2 of what I am doing now.

hey OP i kinda fucked my career up in that sort of situation. I was on track for excellent growth but it felt like no one cared including family and i didnt particularly enjoy work, and crypto was doing well so i decided to quit and do whatever i want. it was fun for a while but now im in a corner and need crypto to keep doing well.

what would have helped a lot back then was a gf that wanted a family with me and appreciated what i was doing and the long term benefits of a solid career. that encouragement and sense of meaning is priceless. if youre just living for yourself then working is actually a waste. so you gotta get a decent gf idk how.

I work from home, have to work for 10 minutes a week, have a huge paycheck for my cunt tree, organized and planned around my early retirement in 20 years, and now all I need to do is spend 5 minutes monthly to budget and divert a part of my paycheck to my brokerage and buy an index ETF, and funnel another part to something similar to a state 401k.
That's the most thrilling part of my month, no joke.
I'm low wealth, high income at the moment and all I focus on is wealth building which just takes like 5 minutes a month from my end.
I still realize I'm among the lucky ones, wouldn't trade my position for some poor faggots.
