>>60524066 (OP)I got one for ya anon, one I am still considering myself. It kinda depends on where you live though. Landscaping yard drainage stuff like french drains and catch basins. I bought my house in the country after the 21 run and realized I didn't know shit about the area, stupid shit specifically being the soil type which is clay. Yard was getting flooded and water was pooling. Anyways I got quoted anywhere from $15k all the way up to $25k to run 60ft of drainage pipe from my downspouts to a ditch by the only 2 companies that offer that service across 10 neighboring cities. Youtubed it learned it, did it myself for around $3k in materials and about a week or two, i was taking my time. Since then I've done other parts of the house as well and honestly you can make bank doing this. Shit is easy but laborious and I've had multiple people in my fren circle and a few neighbors offering to pay me to do it for their lawn. Having a truck or shit even just a larger suv would work. Scale by just buying a trench digger which is 10k and will pay for itself after 1 job. I'm a 41 overweight smoker and if I can still pretty easily do this type of work someone alot younger could definitely do it faster.
