The green and red bars are the price of Bitcoin in Euro
The purple line is the price of Bitcoin in US Dollars

Notice how BTC/USD and BTC/Euro diverged? Notice how BTC/USD just hit a new all time high, while BTC/Euro didn't?
That's because the dollar lost value. Not because the value of bitcoin went up.
