Come up with a predictable way of getting a local business more customers with fb / ig ads. With a good system, you can generate for them $100k in new customers in 12 months. Sell your system for a one time install of $2k. Copypaste your system for every new client.

Shitcoins are gambling. Itโ€™s good but everyone smart has a source of income as a safety and they use a small portion of it for gambling in the crypto markets.

Also Most shitcoiners fail to have decent capital to play with because they lack a good income stream. So even if they do find a great opportunity they canโ€™t put a lot it.

For example I was late in Trump coin and bought at $30 but put 100k in and made 100k profit whereas a shitcoiner maybe put $1k in at $5 and made $12k, so because I have more play capital I out perform him ~8x

Did you have proof of system working to hook the clients? How did you get the 1st client?
Is your basic pitch "in 12 months this system will generate you 100k in new customers, I'll sell it to you for 2k and then you have to put x amount of money into it"? What is X?
How did you automate such a service? Like how'd you make it boomerproof? Surely you need art design and such or is it text based?
Will you run out of clients or do you just target the local businesses of different cities? Wouldn't you be able to milk them out of a lot more money over those 12 months?

>How did you get the 1st client?
It was kind of luck really. I just advertised saying "I can get you more clients". I hopped into a call with someone and explained how I was going to do it, and he bought.
>What is my pitch?
I follow Alex Hormozis CLOSER framework to pitch/sell. Identify their bottlenecks, then provide them with a solution and explain how it solves their bottlenecks.
>How did you automate such a service?
I help them run ads - so for example, I just send them the scripts for videos I need them to film. I have already written all the sales copy. They just send me their finished video and I run it. There is still about 1 hour of manual work in setting up the campaigns though.
>Surely you need art design and such or is it text based?
No, social media ads is much more about the messaging than production quality. A selfie video converts better than anything else.
>Will you run out of clients or do you just target the local businesses of different cities?
I target a specific type of business, nationwide. There are thousands of them, and I'll never run out.
>Wouldn't you be able to milk them out of a lot more money over those 12 months?
Yes, I could easily add a backend offer for that. I'm currently creating a new system for a new type of business that will include a recurring service after the initial setup. Currently, I just couldn't be bothered, but yes.

To answer your first question more, the truth is if you speak with confidence people don't ask for case studies or any examples of previous work. You just need to explain how your system works, show them examples of how it will look, and if it sounds like it really will work and they like/trust you, then that's good enough for most people.

How many scripts for 12 months of ads? And you mentioned it's just copy/paste for each client, doesn't that conflict in some way, running the same copy for everyone?
>social media ads is much more about the messaging than production quality. A selfie video converts better than anything else.
This is good to know.
I've toyed with running ads for a retail business but got flagged on googleads probably for logos and shit.

I provide each client with 5 variations of hooks, bodys, and CTAs, along with 40 different general video ideas that all convert well. This is more than enough for a small local business running low budget ads.
>doesn't that conflict in some way, running the same copy for everyone?
Nope, copy is of negligible significance compared to the creative, just need to cover the basics about what the business is and what customer they're looking for. Especially with small budgets, and being spread out across the entire US, there is no problem at all.

I charge a one time setup fee upfront, thats it. I then leave them with the system so they can continue running it themselves as long as they want.

I thought you ran the videos for them? Sorry just not understanding how the hand-off works I guess. How do you make it boomerproof lol?
And again, any resources you could recommend besides the CLOSER framework?
I feel like I have the ability do something of value in marketing but I'm inexperienced and pretty uneducated in the field besides a little sales, writing, and computer proficiency.

I schedule their ads to run. Then the ads continue running indefinitely, continuously acquiring more customers. There is very little 'management' once they're running. If performance ever drops, just launch a new ad, that's it.
>resources
resources for what? To understand the business model, type "SMMA" into youtube. To understand closing, just listen to Alex Hormozi and watch all his sales videos. To understand how to do the service, type "how to run Facebook ads for local businesses" into youtube.

How many ads might you get them to film? Do you just start with one and if performance drops you get them to film a new one? Or do you have a few from the start and rotate them?

>How many ads might you get them to film?
For a small, local business, with a small ad spend budget (~$20/day), one 60 second ad could last up to 3 months without burning out. This is because my scripts are good and the budget is so small that you're only reaching a few hundred people per day, when there might be 100,000s of people in the area.

No I never worked for free or offered trials. If you're confident in your service and know you can actually deliver results, you don't need that and you should stand on your price, maybe just start with a heavy discount (Don't even tell them its a discount). Clients don't want their money back - they want the thing to work.
Yeah I did a tiny amount of cold calling, but its so obvious that ads are infinitely more leveraged and work better in every way so I was always willing to invest the $10 a day to learn them until they started to work. Took me 2 years to figure it out btw, im just stubborn.

It took me 2 years and spending $10k in ads (All my savings up to that point) to figure out how to run ads for myself, get clients, and close deals. It's not easy, but I'm in uni and had nothing better to spend my time/money on.
My only other tip is to go into it knowing that it is a better path than being employed by someone else, but its more work. But then you'll learn that if you truly enjoy the process of building businesses, you'll enjoy the work and it will just be fun.
