Duh. Link is the "machine" that reliably feeds smart contracts with off-chain data. Kleros is the "organic" jury you call when the machine fed data or the interpretation of the data is in doubt.

They serve different purposes. LINK scales by broadening its mesh of automated data-providers (OBjective oracles) and optimizing off-chain reporting. Kleros plans to scale by layering (creating many parallel juror pools), batching dispute off-chain resolution, and aligning token incentives to ramp juror supply when needed.
