Look at the average price of a house in a country then multiply it by ten and you get the amount you need to aim at to enter the make it tier of this country (meaning wealthy)

Make it means:

>Comfy house
>Comfy life
>Go wherever you want, stay in nice hotels in regular rooms, eat whatever you want
>Weekly cleaning
>Never going to need to work again and still be able to do the above indefinitely without ever worrying about money

$10 mil in assets+ 1 house

There is nothing desirable about that lifestyle. Having nothing to do quickly leads to depression.

Make it money is whatever it takes to buy a nice house cash and earn enough income to cover expenses so you never have to worry about finances.

But you should still be driven to make more money and a have a reason to get off your ass.

dont listen to this faggot
You can make it with 200k if you know how to sell options and you already own a home(with a mortgage).
NEVER pay your fucking mortgage off, it's the cheapest debt you'll have in your life.
It's better to use your money to make more money. It's not hard to beat 5% a fucking year.

If you can have a house, never worry about working, and never worry about getting fancy cars, then technically you've made it, why do you think I'm so obsessed with shitcoins like kaka? I just need to live comfortably to say I've made it

why are you directly comparing a post-tax interest rate to a pre-tax investment earning rate?

Realistically I'd say (age - 25) * $300k

If not American halve it, if third worlder quarter it.

Obviously there are plenty of exceptions to the rule.

There's a big fucking difference between not NEEDING to do anything and not having anything to do. If the only reason you do anything is because you have to do it then you need to get your shit together

Martin Shrekli says "make it" tier money is when you can always hold a huge amount of cash in your portfolio so that you never miss any opportunity to trade with size.

He gave an example of billionaire trader he knows who keeps 70% of his net worth in cash and has never had a down year in like 30 years
