I will try to give a serious answer. I'm mid twenties, millionaire in UK where it's unheard of at this age and a doctor. I think it is very likely I will be in the "elite" when I'm older.

I think you are implying it was all for nothing if you have no one to pass it on to but this just seems like a really crappy way of coping with death and trying to deny it. Also it doesn't even seem to work, the vast majority of people I've met from uber elite backgrounds just don't have the raw ability to do anything other than maintain it and many can't even do that.

If I don't have a wife or kids I will donate it to charity or friends. Having kids seems like such a ball ache for so many reasons.

For starters (outside of the incel Tate sphere where every successful person apparently wants an 18yo HS dropout) when you start filtering women based on money, intelligence, ambition etc barely any of them make the cut and dating is not pleasant.

Then there is the risk it goes wrong and you're stuck in an unhappy marriage unable to leave cause of children. Or you do leave and it affects kids. Or the kid is born with a disability. Or the kid is healthy but just useless, it sounds harsh but I wouldn't want to invest 18 years of my life into someone who is an embarrassment. Or marital breakdown leading to assets being taken.

Just staying non-married and having a long term partner with no kids sounds very appealing. Like no stress you're just happy together and have the time to live in luxury, if anyone gets fed up just break up.
