I thought about it. I saw that we had line gone up for a long time, and I fully expected a retrace. I thought it would probably go down to $20-$25 and then go up again. After all, crypto was going mainstream, Chainlink was legit, what was there to worry about?

The possibility that $50 would be the ATH in 2025, that we'd have a pro-crypto White House and a looming SWIFT integration and Chainlink would have barely spent time over $20 since 2020, was such an incomprehensible outlier possibility that if a time traveller had come to /biz/ and explained it, I simply would not have believed them.
