private CCIP usage is still unknown and likely will remain that way forever.
its not in any institutions interest for EVERYONE to be able to see that JP morgan just issued a loan to BOA
it could cause antisemetic panic in the banking system, etc...
the switch flipping won't be an announcement
it will be actual demand for LINK globbered up by the people who need it.
maybe once we hit a higher price speculation will be artificially introduced after the big players deemed that they have accumulated as much supply as possible
