The way to log in for me was always
>enter username + password
>request challenge code
>open phone app, enter PIN and challenge code
>enter confirmation code from phone app into website

I always thought this was a ridiculous procedure but now this just sends me to the page in my OP pic with no other option. The help button at the start just lets me reset my username or password both of which I still know and have no problem with.
Currently browsing their FAQ section but I will probably have to end up calling their customer service wagies.
