It's good in many ways, firstly you get side income for doing nothing but post and secondly you will have a large following which is a form of social proof whenever you post other content such as promoting your channels, projects, whatever the hell you want to post and people will more likely consume it due to your large following and engagement.

Attention is a form of currency that is why X occasionally shills you to promote your posts and you may be charged up to like $150,000 just to reach something like 2.7m views for your post. Naturally you won't ever attain millions of views unless in that one extremely rare instance your meme goes viral it may propagate to others and that's when you will notice KOLs (Key opinion leaders) start engaging with you since they follow wherever retail goes just to shill them.

Retail is like the holy grail for KOLs so if retail gravitates towards you by default KOLs will want to engage and at that point you'll know you have the potential to attract influencers who make a living farming retail.

Well, the best way to explain this method of farming engagement to you is you legitimately need to have fun and actually like the content. You need to be genuine with your engagement, you cannot fake this. I'll give you an example with the community I'm with - we post something called fagslop which is gachimuchi tier humor but instead of muscle bound men it's with traps.

Realistically you're not selling anything, what you're doing is provoking people to engage with your posts by either liking, commenting or reposting in the hopes they will eventually follow you to increase your reach.

The big players come much later after you have provided enough social proof; the simplest way to approach this is to tokenize these fagslop memes by joining our fellowship of connoisseurs who have enough humor to post this crap kek.
