I am renting because i want to test out homes and then offer the owner if i end up loving it (money isn't an issue)

Problem is I end up hating every home I rent out to test... they all seem great up front, but living in them is a different story. All these new homes are built so fucking poorly and cheaply.

I've come to the conclusion I will have to build my own home from scratch. How the fuck do people buy other peoples mess and go into 30 year mortgages do to so? Fuck that shit
