Get your resume in the best shape it can be and then start a chat with ChatGPT alogn the lines of "attched is my resume, let's talk about finding me a new job, my goals are X,Y and Z". I used this approach recently, it even foudn open roles and after applying I got a reply within 10 minutes from the HR director asking for interview.
Been literally searching for job for years with nothing butt noreply@fuckyou.com.
Time to level up OP.

Train in a degree or trade that has placements. When you finish study you already have experience and can basically into a job.
Eg. Nurse, doctor, counselor, automotive mechanic, teacher.
