Depends on how much the houses around that one are worth. It's going to be impossible to sell a house for millions if nothing nearby has similar value (unless you renovate the house with insane things but you said you don't make much money). If your goal is to make millions off a 300k house, your only shot is going to be selling the house and doing a risky investment afterwards. Yes you can start a life in the US with $300k. That will get you either a fully paid off house in a meh area, or it will get you a down payment on a nicer area. It will also be enough to cover car and bills until you land a job.

You should move if you can because earnings are much higher in the USA. If you have anything that you don't need to spend then you should invest. You should allocate your excess funds at:

1-3% crypto
5-10% precious metals, silver is a better buy right now
30% stocks
45% treasury bonds/cash
- remainder in real estate

You want to stay in cash because the stock market may crash later this year and you can buy on the cheap. VOO is a good choice if you don't know about stocks.

If it's medicine, you can go pretty much anywhere.
