bitcoin fixes this. Bitcoin will make the very concept of blue collar work irrelevant.

People always cry and moan about the rich buying bitcoin and bitcoin whales but the poorest will benefit the most by far. Just the ability to have a free savings account that actually preserves their wealth and be able to send that all over the world is a literal game changes for hundreds of millions of migrant workers all over the world. The U.S. specially.

Besides that though, on a bitcoin standard there's no shame or harm in becoming a landscapers earning your money and stackings sats. There's no severe punishment because you werent able to get a big score at some point in life and ape into stocks or build a 401 over decades

Thats stupid. You are not investing into btc or anything into wealth. What you say, anyone could have done with any asset class if they wanted to for the last 30 years.

Same thing as buying an index fund. Youre not cashing out multi millions even if the market returns 10% a year. And if you cash out, you trigger a taxable event. Face it, blue collar work is pathetic.

index funds return nominal rates only

there's nothing wrong with blue collar work. all work is work what matters is the quality of life of the worker(you).

There's not point working a high paying job that makes your life miserable. The reason people don't do more blue collar work is because those tend to have low pay ON TOP of inflation and loss of purchasing power.

There's a big repricing coming once the fiat pump can't be used anymore to artifically boost the income of people doing nothing all day in office buildings and blue collar jobs will return to having not just living wages but family wages. wages that can support a family and a middle class lifestyle even if you're a bus driver or landscaper.

not so fast
> This shrinking inventory and price inflation combo is a slow-burning chokehold tightening the U.S. economy from within — higher consumer costs coupled with reduced product availability tighten the screws on spending power. Supply chain adaptations reflect deep structural shifts under tariff pressure, not temporary blips. The muted freight activity and slowing import demand forecast a cooling market climate — a signal to wield caution and precision in financial moves while others grapple blindly with rising costs and scarcity.
Most people and especially blue collar people will not have enough savings and all this is ramping up.

index funds are safer and to park wealth. Bitcoin has major corrections to keep the poors poor.
>there's nothing wrong with blue collar work. all work is work what matters is the quality of life of the worker(you).
Bro, blue collar workers are pathetic. They are lowest of the social class.
> The reason people don't do more blue collar work is because those tend to have low pay ON TOP of inflation and loss of purchasing power.
No, it is because blue collar work is degrading. I mow my own lawn and I literally feel like “this is below me” when I am I do it. No one wants a job that everyone knows is lowest of the low.
> doing nothing all day in office buildings and blue collar jobs will return to having not just living wages but family wages. wages that can support a family and a middle class lifestyle even if you're a bus driver or landscaper.
No, no one wealthy and comfy respects blue collar people. We will replace them with robots or drown them out with legal and illegal migration to keep wages down. Also, when AI replaces some white collar, these white collars will also flood into the blue collar market. Also, busses are being pushed to ai also.
It is over for the bottom 95%. It is all by design.

Blue collar jobs are not safe because when ai replaces white collar, where do you think previously white collar people will apply to next?

Am I wrong? When ai replaces white collar along with robots replacing some blue collar work, there will be an oversupply of blue collar laborers.
