Raw cards go to card shows for 80% or try to sell it locally but there's always too many lowballers that it's better to just sell it to vendors for the 80% they offer.

You'll never get 100% of the market for your items and should always try to aim for 80-90% unless you're trying to piece out every single thing and sell it 1 by 1 or selling extreme highend >5k card.
