XRP is literally more scarce than BTC. XRP broken into its base unit is substantially scarcer than BTC broken into sats. Why would full units be the way to construe supply? As price increases and transactions are the base metric and purchases in day to day life, transactions and prices are necessarily denominated in those base units which are themselves the supply basiss. This is inarguably the best way to construe and interpret supply if you really consider it actually
