If you really want to go balls out on risk, I'd allocate 50 to 100k or so into publicly traded robotic companies and suppliers once they emerge, and have been traded for a few months to avoid the ICO hype crash.
Apart from that, you have already made it. There will be a big crisis from sidelining humans, but after that, growth will be spectacular in the coming decades, literally double digits on average.
So if you just distribute these 300k into a lot of serious modern stocks, and do a monthly search for new opportunities to put 1 or 2% into, you will comfortably live off your capital in no time, 2030 or 2035 might even be realistic.
