>>60559589>>60559593It's a combination of stuff:
Before internet travel used to be difficult and adventurous - something reserved for sophisticated people. Think the allure of James Bond or something.
Even after the internet, it still kind of meant you had money and time.
Then came social media, where your photos weren't just something you keep in your house and show guests, but something you flex to the world. Travel blew up largely for the selfies. Women get to pretend they're the woman on the magazine covers in some exotic place.
Same shit happened with hiking. Hiking exploded as a hobby mostly for the selfies.
Then there's sex. Women can and will hook up with whatever rando makes conversation with them while they're traveling because they can be as much of a whore as they want and it'll never affect their reputation back home.
This one's kind of a blackpill, but the bright side is there's no longer shame in guys solo traveling to south east asia for sex tourism because everyone knows that's exactly what women are doing when they go anywhere.
On top of all that, women generally spend their money on frivolous shit. Unless they're a mom, they almost never have goals of their own. Just blowing loads of money at overpriced restaurants and travel.
