Apparently they slide one skilled one in at the upper-middle management level, and like bacteria over a petri dish they spread out from there. They first go down and fill up the lower ranks with their own kind, they do this by mass spamming applications, and the Indian middle manager finally manages to manufacture a "we have no other candidates but these people" situation. But the American/British top management doesn't care, because they are there to make a tens of millions in a few years and move on.
Euro management seem a bit more weary of Indians.

Every other race practices ethnic nepotism, but only Indians are so brazen about it. Plus there's is more motivated by trying to bring their feudalistic home culture to the west. Indians in positions of authority want to be able to be worshipped and asslicked by their subordinates. Westerners never do this and it hurts their pride, you literally hear Indians complain about it amongst themselves.

They're simultaneously the most selfish individualists, but also function in nepotistic collectivist clans. First they hire their family, then their caste, then religion, then region, then country then race. But at the same time they'll also backstab and even literally enslave each other on the turn of a coin.

I don't think the motivation for the jeets in management is entirely focused on making money for the company, it's the feeling of status and power that being a king among indians gives them, and also making money for their clan. I just don't think they can easily be dislodged from their positions.

I worked for IBM as a jr executive from 2021 to 2024. Outside of mainframes (and even that is only due to legacy industry requirements like payments, airlines, and insurance), anyone who buys IBM is a sucker. There is nearly zero innovation happening, all the software is acquisitions. Their "granite" model is practically in last place when it comes to LLM benchmarks. I would not advise anyone to invest in this company.
