Why do I feel so awful every day?

Financially I'm doing well but I feel like life has never been worse.

If I'm depressed, there's usually something missing from the above.

Checked.
As of writing, I haven't left the house in 8 weeks + 1 day. That's 57 days.

During 2020vto 2023, I stayed home and never ever left. Got Uber/Amazon for everything and worked from home. Lost 22 kilos and became severely underweight. Was suicidal.

>Was suicidal.
Nice. I already had suicidal ideation which has been worsened markedly by tinnitus, as such, my life is over regardless of how much money I make in the future. I have no fucking idea why I'm bothered about making money.

>social time
Interacting with coworkers or customers is soul-sucking, and during my time off I really enjoy not being around people, at least for a time.
Exercise
I do need to be more active, just tired after work.
>Sunlight
Same as above. Stuck inside during work.
>Productivity
Nothing productive about most jobs, it’s the same shit day in and out.
>Decent Nutrition
I at least cook for myself, mainly to save money but it’s definitely better than all that fast food or a lot of that frozen dinner shit.
The issue is for most people is work is a detriment. The money is worth less and less as well. A slow grinding down of people over decades.
I’m not doing that well now, shit job and some things going on, but my future is looking better, depending on if that legislation finally passes and secondary and tertiary effects from that.

You're supposed to hang out with friends you've made over the years.
When I don't do banter with buddies I become an unproductive goyslopper.

I simply find life to be overrated, the good stuff is over so fast. It feels like my true life is the moments of realization when I'm in my office, when it's 2pm on a Tuesday and I look around and think to myself "I am here." This feeling all started after getting my new job, so my only hope is that I'll switch jobs eventually and feel better
Having the 4 hours after work to enjoy simply feel like a longer than normal break from work. The weekend is more of a tease than a reprieve
Sure hopefully I'll make it, but let's be real, majority of us are still working till we're 65
It feels sad when I go on a vacation, or simply have more than 2 days off in a row. It's like my old self starts to come back, I remember what life used to feel like

>nuitrition
Most likely this one, especially if you’re chronically tired even when getting enough sleep.
Try an egg or two every morning.
Protein is what caffeine wishes it was.
Especially the fast acting kind found in eggs.
I can shave entire minutes off my mile time if i eat an egg before i go workout.

I for goddamn sure won't be working until I'm 65, I'll eat a wad of buckshot long before that. You have fun with that though.

That's how I feel too, but I'm sure a lot of people have felt that as they let the years slip away
I hope we can both follow through o7
