If you have a house, that would be about 500 to 800k currently.

You're letting your perceptions taint your view of the world, if you cleaned yourself up and went out and talked to someone- gave them a compliment or said hello, you'd be shocked how many people reciprocate goodness. Do yourself a favor and quit being a bitch, complete isolation won't save you. I say that with love. Granted maybe it's not my place to say if you choose to view the world a certain way.

That being said if you own your place outright, you could literally make say, 500k work if you made the effort to use it sparingly. You can still have enough for netflix and whatever the fuck else you need, you won't be able to afford multiple lambo's, but you could honestly live on that maybe less for the rest of your life. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

$250k should be enough for 5 comfy years in most parts of the world.
$100k in crypto blue chips will be worth far more than $250k in 5 years.
The answer is therefore $350k.

Do the math pls. This is me but it still doesn't seem possible. Tax and insurance is about $12k/year on it's own.

They have even higher property taxes
