Anybody ever taken one out? What are the limits on them? Say, if I've got $5,000 in stocks, how big of a loan can I take out against it?

Also, what did you do with the money from the loan?

I got 300k, should I max out some loans? Feels like the quickest way to leap into the class above me. I make 120k, but would be nice to own another business or a bunch of property or something

if you have a brokerage account with a bank they will do loans against your stock portfolio but typically you need 100k+ in the portfolio to even be considered for this loan type.
