Once upon a time, I had 10b Pepe and 1k Solana.

Thanks to swing trading and fomo and missing out on the parabolic runs due to terrible timing (also having to withdraw to pay for stupid life expenses), I've been drained down to $38k. If I held what I had and sold the perfect top back in November '24, I could've walked away with close to $600k.

Moral of the story, BELIEVE in your high cap plays and never trade like I did.

P.S.: I did have 1 btc at one point but traded that away too.
