My parents only taught us God stuff and didn’t let us socialize now one of my brothers is a alcoholic/weed addicted schizo, one can’t function in the workforce so he just NEETs. Me and my sister are the only ones with full-time jobs.

Can't you defuse that situation by converting the whole family to Judaism? That would blend business and religion just nicely, and they worked out their cultural ways to make money even with mental disease, they are quite good at finding forward-thinking profitable solutions.
