why there are no limit book dex with grid or marketmaking bots? or are they hard to make on blockchain?

Limit books are inherently inefficient from a computational standpoint, which is why on chains like ETH they are rare (they do exist though). Usually they make their own chain if they have a limit book due to this, best examples being dydx and Hyperliquid.

If your network has cheap gas fee, orderbook DEX is feasible.

And your orders placement can be batched to save on gas fees. It's always been about the gas fees, anon.
