I used to work for a law firm in 2010-2017, I remember one of the clients was earning over $2.5M from rental income in 2017 (everything the guy owned was paid off)

A little over $800k of the $2.5M was rent from 1 of his tenants, which is a bank.

How much do you he's making in 2025 considering how much rents have gone up?

He broke. Commercial properties are selling for pennies on the dollar. Theres a 12 unit office complex near my house, in a high end neighborhood. Price keeps getting lowered, still not sold.
