It is what it is. Feral adults need tight management to keep them within societal boundaries. Which is best done by midwits, of course.

honestly you deserve to hear this shit if you willingly choose to live in an HOA area. I would literally rather live out of my car than live with HOA's.

Yes. If you have an HOA and you violate it multiple times and have already received warnings and continue to violate it, you can get fined DAILY if the fine print allows it. Sometimes since they can't really kick you out of the house, they will cut off your access to shit like the community pool and the shared gym. Sometimes what ends up happening is the HOA will hire someone to fix it and make you pay for it. Example: you don't mow your lawn for weeks/months. They'll get someone to do it but it comes out of your payment. Yep. Cringe shit. Anyone that lives in one is an idiot and not a man.

Anon it's a legal agreement the homeowner signs. Violating that agreement results in them punishing you however the agreement states they can. They are legally within their right and will more often than not, win the case. It's better to just not live there. Yes they will get lawyers if they need to but usually a daily/weekly fine is enough for people to just fix whatever they were violating.

the most absurd part is the are within their right to put a lien on your $500k house for a $50 rule violation.
