I have an idea for a purely online service and I'm writing the backend for it and it's going to be perfect and definitely profitable BUT there's a lot of things that I don't know how to go about such as charging money and legality and marketing and shit like that AND I'm worried people will steal my idea.

bizpill me on how to not be a retard in this situation

you have to leverage first mover advantage to capture market share then unless you are a business god you need to be aquired as fast as possible while the money printers go brrr to secure market position

>marketing
exact same thing
>chargeing money is super easy you just need to be approved by for example paypal to process your payments
