This. It's criminal I'm paying 3.75% on my mortgage. Free money in my pocket thanks to renters.

I might pay it off if we have a blow off top this cycle, but you know what? I might not, too. I might just buy a new house with cash instead, or maybe find a mortgage dealer who will let me get a mortgage with a 50 or 60% down payment or something. Life is so easy thanks to bitcoin.
