a lot of service based businesses like landscaping, painting, etc. mostly crackheads are you competition so be professional with a good website and you’ve got an edge. I would look at these as more like ad companies where you find clients and delegate the work to beaners though
webdev freelance stuff but I’ve never done that. I would recommend handing out business cards to vendors at a farmers market. Lots of small companies ran by computer illiterate retards who are drowning and you can help them out with webdev, quick books and other automation and build a small business consultancy network
mushroom farm, microgreens
cancer teir stuff like dropshipping, courses, content, etc

the world is truly your oyster, goy!

I've looked into opening an elderly daycare in Germany.
The amount of certificates (fire protection to green energy and DEI) to start it will cost me more than 250k in auditors' fees alone.
And it's absolutely impossible to rent a few rooms to do it, literally zero offers.
So I'd have to build it. They used tax loot to build a new small kindergarten in my home village this year.
It cost seven million Euros, and it took three years to complete it.
And it's not a permanent building, it's containers without a foundation.

I am not kidding you, these are real numbers.

That's probably someone else. I'm in my mid 30s and practically retired. I saw a sign advertising this service on my way to work a couple years ago and might have posted about it here.

Local service businesses are the way to go imo. You can probably get a business loan and buy the business cheap off some boomer who is retiring.

Anything to do with tech, startups, AI, etc means you're competing with the entire world and its totally saturated.

>Retail Vehicle Dealer License Cost
The Retail Dealer License is ideal if you want to sell vehicles directly to the general public through platforms like Craigslist or OfferUp. It also allows you to sell to dealers, auctions, and rent vehicles. The only added requirement is a small commercial office with one parking space, which typically costs $250–$350 per month. To make this step easier, our DMV pre-license education course includes a dealer landlord map to help you find the right location.

First Year Cost: $851
Annual Renewal Cost: $625

I don't know if this is really true anymore, I think most small biz owners especially in trades or labour jobs have figured out that a decent looking and functional website is not that expensive and like triples your client book without too much effort
